The Government of Uganda, represented by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development (MEMD), is pleased to announce an invitation for pre-qualification submissions for the development, financing, implementation, and maintenance of mini-grids in the Northern, Central, and Eastern regions of Uganda. This initiative is being undertaken in partnership with the German Financial Cooperation via KFW under the “Get Access Uganda – Support to Mini-Grids” program (BMZ No 2017.67.904).
