The Main Document sets out in detail the steps of the preparation, procurement and implementation of a PPP project. It covers all stages of the PPP Project Cycle from inception to the end date of the PPP agreement. It addresses the responsibilities and tasks of all key institutions that are involved in the realisation of a PPP project, both public and private. The Main Document consists of eight chapters.
